Not that many care however, it's been slow in the news!!

Activision has announced that Call of Duty: Black Ops II players on PlayStation 3 and Windows PC will have access to the game's first DLC Map Pack - Revolution - on 28th February. The DLC includes four all-new multiplayer maps set around the globe:

- Hydro: Located in Pakistan, this hydro-electric plant comes complete with a lethal spillway that floods with very little warning.
- Grind: Set in a skate park in Venice Beach (the birthplace of skateboarding!), quarter-pipes and curved surfaces drive players away from easy cover and into intense firefights.
- Downhill: A ski resort in the French Alps, this snowy map is complete with a moving gondola system that can both offer cover and crush you to death.
- Mirage: Located in China's Gobi Desert, this luxury resort has been ravaged by a sandstorm.

AMD “Never Settle” Bundle Gets Updated With New AAA Titles

AMD “Never Settle” Bundle Gets Updated With New AAA Titles
Taken from: http://www.maximumpc.com/
Written by: Justin Kerr

AMD tries to sweeten the pot for potential 7000 series customers.
The previous AMD “Never Settle” bundle was among the best pack in deals we’ve ever seen, and the best just keeps getting better. Today AMD announced they would be sweetening the pot by offering Tomb Raider and Bioshock Infinite with the purchase of a 7800 series card, or Bioshock Infinite and Crysis 3 if you snap up a card from the 7900 series family. When you stop to consider that AMD and Nvidia offer very similar price to performance ratios, it makes AMD’s offering quite competitive. Nvidia cards still have a slight advantage in the performance per watt category, however if you plan to game with your new GPU (and it’s safe to say that quite a few of you do), then it’s hard to argue with the value being offered here.

Trying to talk consumers into a GPU upgrade after opening their holiday credit card statements has never been an easy proposition, and the looming annual refresh isn’t helping either. In the next two to four months AMD will more than likely release the 8000 series cards; however they may well be overkill for single monitor gamers anyway. The current crop of 7000 GPU’s will almost certainly get you through the next several years of AAA titles without hassle, and if the urge to upgrade is becoming a bit too overwhelming, now might be the right time to dive in.

EA: Medal of Honor is 'out of rotation'

The Medal of Honor series is now "out of rotation," EA announced during its third quarter financial call. Following Medal of Honor: Warfighter's poor commercial and critical reception in October, EA is taking Medal of Honor out of commission.

"The game was solid, but the focus on combat authenticity did not resonate with consumers," EA COO Peter Moore said. "Critics were polarized and gave the game scores which were, frankly, lower than it deserved. This one is behind us now. We are taking Medal of Honor out of the rotation and have a plan to bring year-over-year continuity to our shooter offerings."

EA Labels president Frank Gibeau said EA missed the mark, and the marketplace, with Medal of Honor: "We're in a hit-driven business where it's about what you can build in a certain period of time and really deliver for the marketplace, and frankly we missed on Medal of Honor. And we take responsibility for that."

Gibeau continued, "If you look at Medal of Honor as a specific case, it was really about a hit missing."
